Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun for an English Proficiency Trainer (TOEFL / IELTS / PTE). The trainer will conduct engaging test-preparation sessions, design focused lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide personalized feedback while staying updated with current exam formats and trends.

Qualifications

Candidates with strong English proficiency are encouraged to apply; freshers are welcome. A sound command of grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking is essential. The role requires the ability to plan and deliver effective test-preparation sessions, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to motivate and engage students, are important. Prior experience or certification in IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or English language teaching is an advantage but not mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
