Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Creative School is seeking an inspired English Teacher for their higher secondary, high school,nd the middle school program, designed for teenagers.
Deliver engaging, activity-based and contemplative English lessons aligned with the schools pedagogy.
Integrate themes relevant to adolescent life through literature and writing.
Create a joyful, inquiry-driven, discursive classroom that supports independence and community learning .
Teach relevant grammar skills and pragmatic skills for good writing to emerge in students seeing them as budding authors, poets, publishers and editors.
Work with other teachers to design a curriculum that inspires students to understand and experience integrated learning.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in English, Education, or related eld and/or experience in teaching English and humanities in school settings.
Experience teaching teenagers using experiential and contextual approaches.
Knowledge and understanding of Cambridge International Curriculum will be an advantage.
Ability to review textbooks and reference books to work with relevant materials
Openness to holistic education and Creatives spiritually inspired pedagogy.
