Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Faculty member at the International Institute of Hotel Management in New Delhi. The English Faculty will be responsible for teaching English language and literature courses, developing and implementing curricula, assessing student performance, and providing guidance and support to students. Faculty members will also participate in departmental meetings, contribute to the development of educational programs, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of their subject areas.

Job Description:

1. Should have excellent knowledge of basic & advanced English language
2. Should be able to plan, schedule, organise, coordinate and monitor lectures & practicals
3. Should be able to prepare course material & activities
4. Should engage in research 
5. Should be able to inspire & motivate students.
6. Should be able to prepare students on interview skills and Personality development
7. Effective communicator with a positive outlook & well behaved mannerism

Qualifications

• English Teaching and Teaching skills
• Curriculum Development and Literature skills
• English Literature and strong understanding of literary works
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry or with hospitality education is a plus

Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English Subject.
