About the Role

We are looking for a skilled English Content Writer (MALE) to assist the CEO in preparing professional written communication, reports, and presentations. The role involves taking notes, drafting documents, and converting spoken and/or handwritten Malayalam content into polished English.

Key Responsibilities

• Take dictations and prepare accurate transcripts in English.
• Convert and edit Malayalam speech and/or handwritten notes into formal English.
• Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all official communications and records.
• Assist the CEO in documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional tone in all written materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• BA / MA in English (Literature)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stenography, transcription, or content preparation
• Excellent command of English grammar and writing
• Good understanding of Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Fast and accurate typing skills (English)
• High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail
