English Communication & Workplace Skills Trainer (WDP)

Job Purpose

The English Communication & Workplace Skills Trainer will be responsible for training WDP students in spoken English, business communication, and corporate etiquette, enabling them to confidently perform in interviews and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

Conduct English communication sessions for WDP students (spoken English, grammar basics, vocabulary building).

Deliver workplace communication modules including:

Professional introductions

Email writing & business correspondence

Telephonic & virtual meeting etiquette

Presentation & public speaking skills

Improve students’ fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and clarity.

Interview & Career Readiness

Train students for HR interviews, group discussions, and mock interviews.

Guide students on resume communication, self-introduction, and body language.

Conduct role-plays for corporate scenarios.

Curriculum & Assessment

Follow Jobsense WDP curriculum and customize sessions as per batch requirements.

Design interactive activities, assignments, and assessments.

Track student progress and provide individual feedback.

Student Engagement

Motivate and mentor students to overcome communication barriers.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Coordinate with the placement and training team for student readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Communication, Education, or related field

Certification in Communication Skills / Soft Skills / English Training preferred

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years experience as an English Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer / Communication Trainer

Experience in training freshers, WDP students, or placement-oriented batches is an advantage

Core Skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong classroom management and presentation skills

Ability to explain concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner
