We are looking for a dynamic English Trainer to guide our students as they prepare for exciting careers in Aviation, Hospitality, and Corporate Service sectors.

What you will do

Train students to speak English with fluency, flair, and confidence to own every conversation

Make classes fun, interactive, and practical

Help students gain confidence to speak with elegance and energy

Inspire young minds to dream beyond boundaries

Make English learning interactive through roleplays, group discussions, and storytelling sessions

Create a classroom vibe that’s lively, positive, and inspiring

Create fun learning environments where grammar meets confidence, as well as improve vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure

What we are looking for:

1–2 years of training experience (fresh trainers with spark welcome!)

Strong command of English, grammar, pronunciation & fluency

Great classroom presence and communication skills

Confident, punctual, energetic, and student-friendly

Strong classroom presence

A creative approach to teaching

Clear pronunciation and the ability to simplify grammar beautifully

Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about student growth

Enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to make English fun again

Comfortable teaching students from diverse, non-English-speaking backgrounds

Can turn hesitation into participation with empathy and humor
