Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Heat Treatment, located in Medchal, Hyderabad, India. The Engineer/Sr. Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing heat treatment processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications. Daily tasks include monitoring equipment, conducting quality control checks, documenting processes, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with other engineering teams and continuous improvement of heat treatment procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in heat treatment processes and metallurgy
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications
• Ability to conduct quality control checks and monitor equipment
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus
