Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Heat Treatment, located in Medchal, Hyderabad, India. The Engineer/Sr. Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing heat treatment processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications. Daily tasks include monitoring equipment, conducting quality control checks, documenting processes, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with other engineering teams and continuous improvement of heat treatment procedures. Qualifications Experience in heat treatment processes and metallurgy Knowledge of industry standards and specifications Ability to conduct quality control checks and monitor equipment Strong documentation and process improvement skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills Adherence to safety regulations and protocols Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus

We are seeking a Lab Assistant to join our Anodisation Facility supporting aerospace component manufacturing. This role involves hands-on work in chemical preparation, analysis, and process control to ensure surface treatment operations meet the highest aerospace standards. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to maintain process consistency, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix chemical solutions for anodising, etching, cleaning, and sealing baths as per process requirements. Perform chemical analysis and maintain bath parameters (pH, conductivity, temperature, and concentration). Conduct routine titrations and bath replenishments to maintain process quality. Support surface treatment and quality control activities in accordance with aerospace specifications. Maintain accurate lab records, test reports, and calibration logs. Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols and proper handling of chemicals. Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure process reliability and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or B.Sc . in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 25 years of experience in anodising / plating / chemical process labs, preferably in the aerospace or precision engineering industry. Familiarity with NADCAP / aerospace surface treatment standards is an added advantage. Hands-on experience with chemical solution preparation and analysis.
