Your Role

The role concentrates on the on time creation, review & maintenance of spare part book with the help of different authoring tools (online & offline). Be an active contributor & support in development of customer base for technical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Take a lead in communicating & coordinating with the customer for upcoming projects
• Collect, evaluate & check information required to create spare part book
• Independently plan, execute & prioritize the tasks as per customer requirement & deadline
• Take responsibility to review & maintain the quality of the spare part book
• Develop process for the maintenance of spare part book as per divisional guidelines
• Support the digitalization team in onboarding of new customers/product company
• Take a lead in guiding & mentoring team in the creation of spare part book

To succeed, you will need

Experience/Knowledge requirements/ Skills :

• You are someone who is well acquainted with Spare part book creation process & the required authoring tools (digital/online & offline) with a minimum experience of 5+ years
• Strong technical knowledge of compressors & air treatment system.
• Possess good knowledge of PDM system & Isodraw CADprocess.
• Possess fair understanding of Atlas Copco & GECIA processes
