Engineer/Sr. Engineer (3D Instructions) - Technical Documentation

Role Overview: As an Engineer/Sr. Engineer (3D Instructions) at Atlas Copco (India) Private Ltd., your role focuses on the timely creation, review, and maintenance of spare part books using various authoring tools, both online and offline. You will actively contribute to the development of the customer base for technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead communication and coordination with customers for upcoming projects. - Collect, evaluate, and verify information necessary for creating spare part books. - Independently plan, execute, and prioritize tasks according to customer requirements and deadlines. - Take charge of reviewing and maintaining the quality of spare part books. - Develop processes for spare part book maintenance following divisional guidelines. - Assist the digitalization team in onboarding new customers or product companies. - Lead and mentor the team in spare part book creation. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in spare part book creation process and authoring tools (digital/online & offline). - Strong technical knowledge of compressors and air treatment systems. - Good knowledge of PDM system and Isodraw CAD process. - Fair understanding of Atlas Copco & GECIA processes.
