Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client billing processes, ensuring timely submission of invoices and payments.
Prepare accurate estimates for projects, including quantity surveying and rate analysis.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
Analyze contractual agreements to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (quantity surveying).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis principles.
Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
