Job Description

You will be responsible for training and mentoring internal engineering consultants in various engineering domains. As an Engineering Trainer with over 10 years of experience, your role will involve developing technical competencies, delivering hands-on training, and preparing consultants for client-facing roles. Your key responsibilities will include designing and conducting structured training programs, creating training content on core engineering principles and tools, as well as delivering workshops on client-ready communication and technical documentation. You will also be evaluating trainee performance and collaborating with the leadership team to align training with client project needs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, along with at least 10 years of industry experience. Your previous experience in mentoring or corporate training will be valuable, and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this position.,
