Engineering Supervisor

Looking for a skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field.

• Supervise and coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
• Develop and implement engineering plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
