Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operations of the engineering store.
Maintain accurate stock of hardware, tools, pipe fittings, motors, and spare parts.
Issue and receive materials as per requirement with proper documentation.
Ensure timely availability of materials to the engineering/maintenance team.
Maintain stock register, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and ERP/software entries.
Coordinate with vendors and purchase department for replenishment of items.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of store materials.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Assist in audits, stock verification, and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering store operations.
Strong knowledge of hardware, tools, motors, pipe fittings, and related industrial materials.
Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
