Order Management: Processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with warehouses for storage. Quality Control: Inspecting purchased goods and ensuring they meet quality requirements. Cost Analysis and Reporting: Preparing purchase reports, including cost analyses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders as needed, and coordinating with inventory control. Supplier Relations: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payments. Compliance and Legal: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
