Engineering Services - Governing

Job Requirements

• Should have experience of working on design engineering operations involving Conceptual design, Basic & detailed design of the complete Governing system including layout and governing oil piping.
• Deliver all documents as per MDL (Mater Document List) of each project. (Calculation Note for Sizing and Calculation of HPU, Pressure Tanks, HP air system for Governor/MIV and dewatering system, Design Memorandum, P&ID, Functional Description, General Arrangement of equipment, electrical schematics, spare, O&M etc. )
• Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and TPS (Technical procurement Specifications) for Hydraulic Power Unit, Electronic Speed Governor, Piston accumulator and Air/Oil pressure tanks, valves and instruments, HP Compressors, Air Receivers, Oleo-hydraulic equipment, Electrical boxes/ Local Control Panels etc.
• Strong Contract analysis & R&O (Risk and Opportunities) management.

• Turbine and Governing System of Hydro power plants.

Work Experience

• He or She should have Engineer graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Stream or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Should be well versed with relevant IEC/IEEE, ASME/ISO/DIN standard of hydro governing system.
• Expertise in software AutoCAD and MS Office. Experience working with 3D software is preferred.
• Good communication skill in English language (speaking and writing)
