Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering please do not apply for this job. Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP scope. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs for electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Prepare cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services. Float inquiries, evaluate quotations, and create comparative statements for vendor/subcontractor selection. Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders and bids. Assist in budget preparation and cost planning for projects. Support procurement in finalizing orders within estimated budgets. Maintain a database of pricing, material specifications, and vendor contacts. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering options. Track cost variations during project execution and support claims or revised estimates.
