Engineering Project Manager

As a Program/Project Manager at Apple, you will be part of the global ETS eBusiness team responsible for delivering system connectivity both internally and externally using industry standard solutions and in-house developed systems and platforms. Your role will involve working in our PMO, leading all global strategic initiatives with leading-edge technologies. You will be expected to have a background in engineering and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with business, finance, and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into innovative solutions with engineering teams. - Take personal accountability for the projects you deliver, driving on-time delivery and deployment. - Independently lead multiple concurrent programs and projects through the full lifecycle, including scope, requirements, project planning, delivery, and prioritization. - Drive the strategic direction of the global organization by delivering key strategic projects and programs. - Establish checkpoints and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of proven experience in delivering cross-functional programs and projects. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels and develop partnerships. - Ability to cut through ambiguity by establishing priorities, developing plans, anticipating risks, and having difficult conversations. - Self-motivated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization. - Results-oriented problem solver with a drive to deliver value quickly to customers.
