Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineering Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer - to strengthen our Detailed Engineering team, located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing engineering projects, leading a team of engineers in Electrical & Instrumentation section, overseeing software development processes, and ensuring seamless project integration. Daily tasks include designing electrical systems, coordinating with other departments, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards (like IBR, ASME) and regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering Design, preferably in Boilers Manufacturing
• Skills in Detail Engineering and Management and Integration
• Shall possess excellent knowledge on Cables, SLDs, Motor conditions
• Experience in Team Leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications and experience in the heavy engineering industry are advantageous
