Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  backend development

  of web and mobile applications supporting the stablecoin payments platform.
• Design, build, and scale

  backend systems

  for payments, settlements, and cross-border transactions.
• Architect and manage integrations with

  on/off-ramp providers

  , ensuring reliability across fragmented APIs.
• Define and enforce

  engineering best practices

  , coding standards, and design principles.
• Oversee

  system performance, scalability, and security

  across the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure

  regulatory readiness

  and technical feasibility.
• Lead

  technical discussions

  , set architectural direction, and drive implementation excellence.
• Mentor, guide, and grow a small, high-performing engineering team across infrastructure and application layers.

Who You Are

• Strong hands-on experience with

  TypeScript

  Node.js

  , including API design and backend architecture.
• Proven track record in

  fintech

  crypto/blockchain

  platforms.
• Experience building and managing

  API integrations

  with external partners and providers across geographies.
• Prior experience

  leading small engineering teams

  and scaling early-stage systems to production readiness.
• Familiarity with
