Engineering Manager Primathon is a high quality technology solutions company, with expertise in delivering world class software's for our clients and empowering our engineers to become full stack in technology and provide them 360 experience. We are growing at 300% YoY growth rate. Founded by IITians, Primathons mission is to solve quality software engineering problems in the industry. For this role, we are looking for champions who find it fun to scale an organization, building technology teams, building a high quality product, creating processes, and creating a high engineering organization. You will be working directly with the founders - building, experimenting and executing in raising the tech & product game for the inhouse product.

Required skills:

Overall 10+ years of experience in IT services industry with 4+ years of experience in management

Good understand of people, product, technology & business

Strong management and leadership skills

Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.

Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
