The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Manager to join our dynamic Supply Side Platform (SSP) engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and clarifying requirements for projects on ad-stack size. You will lead a team of talented engineers for development, maintenance and support of ad-stack projects, deal with requirements spanning multiple functional teams and drive innovation on ad stack size. Responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable full stack applications. This includes developing backend systems, APIs needed along with database integrations, implementing business logic, UI features etc.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity through effective backend development.
• Work on micro services which are integrated with the UI application.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust systems.
• Experience with database design and optimization, utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Golang is a plus
