Engineering Manager, Insights and Analytics

As an Engineering Manager at Frequence, you will have the opportunity to lead the Insights and Analytics team to provide strategic direction and ensure alignment across teams. Your role will involve managing high-performance international individual contributors and overseeing the successful execution of complex, business-critical projects. Anticipating challenges, managing risks, and delivering impactful results will be essential to drive revenue and support the company's growth strategies. The team you will be leading is the driving force behind Madhive's Intelligence and Measurement, empowering customers with crystal-clear insights into their campaigns. Working collaboratively, you will identify and drive new strategic opportunities, weave AI into data and reporting solutions, and align technical efforts with business goals. Leading technical design and execution across projects, you will advocate for strong engineering practices and ensure that engineering outcomes have a measurable impact on company performance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or possess equivalent work experience. With 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles, you should have a deep understanding of design patterns, software development methodologies, and distributed systems architecture. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools such as Looker, Airflow, Spark, and streaming architectures is required. Experience in data pipelining, data warehousing, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, will be beneficial. Your ability to drive complex cross-functional projects, manage risks, and foster a culture of growth and accountability will be crucial. Being data-driven and using metrics to track team performance and make strategic decisions will also be key to success in this role.
