Our team comprises some of the best programmers globally working on cutting edge technology to build super fast and robust trading infrastructure handling millions of dollars worth of trading transactions every day. Minimum qualifications: Bachelors or Master s degree in Engineering (Computers) or a related technical field from Tier I college in India or Globale Ivy League University 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably with C++ or Python Minimum 3 years experience of leading and developing high performing teams Experience in testing, and launching software products, software design and architecture. Experience with multithreaded programming, memory management and cache.Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. Our proprietary trading software is built and maintained internally, and it scales seamlessly to handle millions of concurrent transactions. We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who is passionate about building and leading great teams while creating impact through the right tech deployment.
