Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate for this position in Chennai -OMR should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and must be able to work in the office for 5 days a week with a shift timing of 1PM-10PM. Immediate joiners are preferred. The candidate should possess expertise in Code Review, Design Review, Customer Interaction, etc. We are specifically seeking individuals who have initially worked as a software developer in technologies such as Java, NodeJS, MERN, MEAN, .Net, or others, and have progressed to become a Tech Lead before transitioning into an Engineering Management role. Key Responsibilities as an Engineering Manager: - Should be proficient in Solution Design and Solution Architecture. - Ability to review code in any programming language. - Experience in managing large enterprise projects with a team size ranging from 30 to 50 members.
