Lead and manage a high-performing software engineering team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Android-based software products. The role requires strong technical expertise, people leadership, and ownership of delivery for customer-facing platforms.
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1)
• Lead and manage an Android software engineering team
• Own end-to-end delivery of software for major customer programs
• Drive architectural decisions related to performance, media, graphics, memory, and UX
• Ensure high-quality releases through unit testing, automation, and stability testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and leadership
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent
• Manage project planning, execution, and budget forecasting
• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing Android products
• Strong Communication Skills
