Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of engineers to drive innovation and excellence in engineering practices. Leveraging your 8-12 years of experience, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the company''s technological vision.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Define and drive the technical roadmap for engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
Provide strategic direction in the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the planning and execution of software development projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software engineering.
Monitor and optimize system performance to meet scalability and reliability requirements.
Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Java development with a deep understanding of core concepts and best practices.
Experience in Kafka development for building scalable and resilient real-time data pipelines.
Familiarity with Aerospike for high-performance NoSQL database applications.
Expertise in Solr development for creating efficient search solutions.
