Job Title: Engineering Lead Location: Gurugram Open roles: 2 Years of experience: 8-12 Years About the Role: As an Engineering Lead, you will demonstrate a strong customer focus, the ability to solve complex business challenges, attention to detail, and highly collaborative communication skills. You will lead a team of skilled engineers to develop high-quality customer-facing web and app solutions that can operate at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Lead product development with a focus on security, performance, maintainability, and user-friendliness for customer-facing web and mobile applications at scale. - Ability to architect applications, code, guide other developers, ensure code quality, automate unit tests, and manage build and release processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and deployment. - Provide hands-on technical leadership to an engineering team consisting of 4-10 members. Education & Experience Requirements: - BE/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading development teams. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile application development projects. - Hands-on experience as a MERN Developer. - Must have developed at least one customer-facing application from scratch. - Strong experience in building applications based on micro-services architecture. - Proficiency in NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MongoDB, MySQL. - Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries, and their practical applications in creating complex interactive experiences. - Experience in developing applications on AWS, with expertise in AWS Usage, Node JS, Mongo DB, Javascript, React. Proficiency in both Frontend and Backend development. - Strong skills in Architectural Design, API Testing, and Project Management.
