Responsibilities: Build & Scale the Engineering Team: Own hiring, onboarding, learning & development programs to build top tier engineering team. Lead Developer Productivity: Build boilerplates, CI/CD, AI tooling to build tools and processes to improve developer productivity and application delivery processes. Hands on lead: Do whatever it takes to help unblock engineering team from time to time to help customers win. About you: Strong engineering & problem-solving skills (5+ years experience) and delivered top tier engineering products Hands-on technical expertise and comfortable with PR reviews, CI/CD, and writing application architecture Excellent communicator & team builder - Can hire, mentor, and scale teams.
