HVAC:

Operation & maintenance of Air handling units.
Maintaining the room conditions Temp., RH and differential pressures.
Filter cleaning.
Preventive maintenance of AHU and dehumidifiers.
Trouble shooting of AHU and dehumidifiers.

Utility:

Operation & Maintenance of the pretreatment water plant
Operation and maintenance of Purified water plant
Operation and maintenance of chillers, air compressors and cooling towers.
Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of water plant, chillers and Air compressors.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualification : Diploma (Mechanical)

OSD Formulation Background.
