Engineering Head - Chemical

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
or a related engineering discipline.10+ years of engineering experience in the chemical industry
, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
.Proven experience in managing large-scale capital projects, plant expansions, or major process upgrades
.Strong knowledge of chemical process engineering, plant operations, and safety regulations
.Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
for process optimization.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
.Excellent project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
