Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Executive to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely project completion.
  • Develop and implement engineering projects to enhance hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.
