Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Associate to join our team at The Oberoi Cecil, with 0-2 years of experience. As an Engineering Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's engineering systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in maintaining and repairing various engineering equipment and systems.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond promptly to their requests.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hotel industry standards and regulations.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
