Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support for voice-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VoIP and telephony system issues. Handle call routing, SIP configuration, and PBX setup (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk). Coordinate with network and IT support teams for cross-functional troubleshooting. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and documentation of voice infrastructure. Track and manage incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
