Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should have had in-depth experience with the PostgreSQL in Ubuntu/Windows environment Should be good at writing and optimizing complex SQL queries 3+ years of database design or integration experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL DBs Familiarity with PostgreSQL support for JSON In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring) Ability to write optimized performance tuned queries Preferred to have worked in AWS environment Preferred to have worked on NoSQL DBs like Mongo, DynamoDB Preferred to have worked with any Datawarehousing/BI tools Good grasp of Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) tools Report Development, Configuration & Deployment like Tableau Communicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIs Keep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAs Integrate and maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, and views Must have a strong logical and analytical thinking ability Passion to take up challenging assignments and quickly come up with solutions Ability solve complex problems independently and to design applications A can do attitude Good communication and Inter-personal skills are a must Preferred candidate profile PostgreSQL My SQL (2nd preference) Exposure to other technologies is a plus (Oracle, SQL Server, Tableau, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB) Note : Candidates who can join immediately or Notice Period Less than 30 days alone apply Interested Candidates please share your profile to my Email ID - Krishnaprasad.Ravishankar@omegahms.com
