We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our ARGUS Vibration Monitoring team. This role offers on-the-job training in industrial IoT and vibration monitoring solutions, with exposure to both technical and customer-facing work.
- Learn and conduct customer demos & training (onsite and virtual).
- Support inside sales activities customer enquiries, offer preparation, follow-up.- Participate in sensor calibration, testing, and validation.- Gather and share customer feedback with the R&D team.- Assist in preparing case studies, brochures, and technical documentation.- Build strong customer relationships during deployments and support activities.
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering basics (vibrations, rotating machinery).
- Good communication and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.- Problem-solving curiosity and eagerness to learn.- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (sales, R&D, support).
- Structured learning across sales engineering, product testing, and technical consulting.
- Future progression into Sales Engineer / Product Specialist / Product Manager roles.
