Job Description

Shift-wise Production Analysis & Updates

Monitor and analyze production performance for each shift and report deviations

Raw Material Management

Raise requisitions and arrange raw materials for machine operations

Quality Assurance

Work closely with the Quality Team to achieve zero rejection targets

Maintenance Coordination

Collaborate with Maintenance and Electrical teams to minimize breakdowns

Planning & Special Projects

Assist Section Head in special planning and departmental projects

Packing Material Management

Raise requisitions for packing materials to convert semi-finished goods into finished goods

Process Improvement

Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution

Team Collaboration

Work with other production team members to ensure seamless operations

Documentation

Prepare job cards and ensure alignment with GTP (General Technical Parameters)

Continuous Improvement

Maintain 5S and Kaizen practices; apply Poka-Yoke techniques to eliminate non-standard practices

Skills & Qualifications:

BE BTech- Electrical / Mechanical

Experience

Strong knowledge of production processes and material management Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke principles
Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of quality and maintenance practices
