We are seeking a motivated Engineer Technical Support to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support and will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new products and features based on customer feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
