Engineer Technical Support

Role Overview: As a Field Engineer with a specialization in Qube Cinema Equipment, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the digital cinema servers and digital projectors installed in various theatres. Your role will involve tasks such as content loading, troubleshooting, and delivering technical assistance to ensure the seamless operation of the equipment. Additionally, you will be required to provide on-site support to customers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software. Given the nature of the industry, your availability during weekends, festival times, and national holidays will be crucial to meet the demands of movie releases and theatre operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Qube Cinema Equipment in theatres, including content loading and troubleshooting - Provide on-site technical support to customers for installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware & software - Respond to client inquiries, issues, and service requests promptly and professionally - Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the team to deliver and upload content to theatres according to movie release schedules - Perform planned maintenance and other tasks at theatre sites before shows, after shows, or in between shows - Maintain 24/7 availability for troubleshooting requirements, as issues may arise unexpectedly Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of hardware and networking - Diploma or Certification in hardware and networking will be an added advantage Company Details: The company is powered by JazzHR, a platform that provides recruitment and applicant tracking solutions to streamline the hiring process for organizations.,
