Job Description

Assist the Manager in overseeing PAN India Customer Support Services for security surveillance systems across Defence, MNCs, and sectors such as infrastructure, oil & gas, and telecommunications.
Possess prior experience in Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of security surveillance equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unique customer issues and concerns effectively.
Provide on-site technical support for installation, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing to ensure optimal system performance.
Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for product installations and customer interactions.
Conduct customer training sessions on proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Build and sustain strong client relationships by delivering timely and effective technical support.
Gather technical feedback during field visits and share insights with the product development team to drive product and service improvements.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on field activities, technical challenges, and customer feedback to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
