Engineer-Technical Service

As a Technical Service Engineer at Markem-Imaje, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, service repair, and support for Markem-Imaje products and services. Your duties will include providing on-site service and customer support, studying different types of packaging machines, conducting printer trials, and performing product installations at customer premises. It is crucial for you to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction by maintaining and installing Markem products. Additionally, you will need to meet service and spares budget for the assigned geographical territory. This role will require traveling to manufacturing facilities of Markem customers. To be successful in this role, you must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in onsite service and customer support related to industrial automation. A degree in Electrical/Electronics/BSc (Maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from a reputed college is required. Good organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and strong customer relationship management skills are essential. Candidates applying for this position must have their own vehicle for business travel purposes.
