Job Summary

Rear axle & Propeller shaft:- New Product development experience in Heavy commercial vehicle. HCV, ICV & LCV. CAD Catia V5. EN release and PLM hands on experience. GD&T exp. DFMEA/ DFA/ DFM/ DFS / DVP /SOR/ EN release execution experience. Propeller shaft layout preparation, Articulation check, Slip calculations and PS selection experience. Supplier interaction experience. Perform packaging studies and interference checks in DMU environments. DVP knowledge Casting and forging material/ mfg process/ modeling/ drawing expertise. Rear axle/ UJ technical spec and configuration knowledge. Familiarity with rear axle dynamics and NVH considerations. VAVE. Knowledge of automotive standards and validation procedures.
