Excellent in Interior Trim Product Design Development Cockpit, Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets etc for passenger vehicles Experience in Style Surface Feasibility Analysis ie checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, creating concept proposals Packaging Study surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study Analysis Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg, assembly Serviceability) Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD T, DFMEA, DVP etc will be preferable Excellent in Design Development BIW systems and closures Doors, Body Side Panels, Pillars, Underbody for passenger vehicles Experience in creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes for Sheet metal parts Knowledge of Sheet Part Operations Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc for tooling feasibility
