1)Well exposed with Surface treatment requirements of Painting, Blasting, Pickling passivation etc.
2)Responsible for studying the paint specifications of the projects and indenting
3)Ensure Paints are ordered as per Approved Specs/Makes And received as per the ordered specifications
4)Ensure Technical co-ordination with Paint Manufacturers for ensuring the Right Quality , and getting the same done through contractors
5)Preparation of painting procedures , approvals and ensuring quality of painting as per the project requirements
6)Responsible to improve Paint Quality and minimize paint wastage
7)Proper storage of Paints , accessories and Maintenance of Assets as per the Safety standards
8)Ensuring the Right Methodology for Surface Treatment as per Safety Standards as well as ISO , OHSAS standards
9)Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Planning, QC to execute activities on time.
10)Train workmen in-order to ensure all Safety and Quality requirements are Adhered
