Job Description

As an Executive in the manufacturing industry, your role involves managing and optimizing assembly line operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. You will be hands-on in lean manufacturing, process improvement, troubleshooting, line balancing, quality assurance, operator multiskilling, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities include driving process improvements, delivering DL training, enhancing workforce skills, supporting Manufacturing and Quality Engineering in implementing new equipment and process changes, and executing equipment and process qualifications. You will also be responsible for implementing quality systems on assembly cells, driving small automation initiatives, and achieving cycle time improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily production responsibilities for assigned assembly lines and shifts. - Ensure adherence to quality system procedures, delivery commitments, and production targets. - Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. - Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. - Optimize assembly line setups for maximum throughput and product quality. - Collaborate with Manufacturing/Quality Engineering for product development and process changes. - Provide guidance, training, and multiskilling opportunities for operators and technicians. - Develop and maintain manufacturing sequences, specifications, and process requirements. - Support new product development as a manufacturing representative. - Prepare and implement manufacturing flow charts, SOPs, work instructions, and setup validations. - Drive small automation projects and cycle time reduction initiatives. - Participate in audits and problem-solving using structured tools. Qualifications: - Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with 4-6 years of experience (min. 1-2 years in mass manufacturing/assembly). - Desired behavioral values include results-oriented, analytical, team collaboration, commitment to goals, passion for impact, integrity & respect, agility & responsiveness, and continuous improvement mindset. Language Skills: - Fluency in oral & written Hindi, Marathi, and English communication.
