Engineer / Senior Engineer - Plating

Your Job

To set up production condition, control plating process & all related technology.Take charge of equipment to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals.

What You Will Do

Installation, set up new plating line or new machine, new technology applies to plating lineDesign process, workflow, FMEA of plating process for new productBuild operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document, maintain standard, check sheet to operate plating line.Provide and maintain process controls for all plating lineJoin the trial for new product & provide solution for issue during trial & mass production readiness preparationContact with machine supplier, product design to develop new jig, drum for new productCo-operate with Production engineer to apply the change (ECN, PCN...) in production lineMonitor chemical lab parameters are within the range and provide guidelines whenever requiredTrouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical, process on plating production line which related to machine, process during new product launching as well as mass production

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Electroplaing Engineer from CECRI or Chemical Engineer with Plating process ExposureHaving work experience with at production engineer, process engineer of plating manufacture, Prefer have knowledge of plating process or design machine for plating process

Minimum 5 Years Experiences In Electroplating Industries
