Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist management in development and implementation of QMS and Subsequent reviews.
In process testing of products as per standard testing procedure.
Prepare QPs, Formats & Issue of Quality related documents to all departments.
Sampling of finished products and its testing.
Training of new associate for GMP, GDP, Product, and Personal hygiene.
Calibration of all testing equipment.
Supervision of product assembling procedure.
Supporting Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
Supporting Investigating CAPA, Deviation and Customer Compliant
Preparation, review, filling and maintaining all BMRs.
RM / PM / MB testing as per the standard requirements. (Incoming)
Support in developing inspection plans, First Article Inspection, In-Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and Validation activities.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Proven problem solving, trouble shooting and Outcome focused Mindset.
Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
Working Knowledge of Quality Tools Six Sigma, FMEA, Lean, 8-D, CAPA methodologies.
Should have excellent People management & Communication skills.

Qualifications / Experience:

Diploma, BE or BTech. or high or equivalent Degree. MBA is added preference.
1 to 3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.

Transport Available from Poonamallee, Sriperumbudur, SP Kovil , Oragadam & Kanchipuram

Working Time : 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Working Days : 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

Plant Location : Near Sungavarchathiram, Kanchipuram
