Your key responsibilities

Test Planning Execution
- Plan and execute comprehensive test activities for investment proposition applications, including test analysis, test case creation, execution, and defect analysis.
- Organize and manage full test cycles across environments, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
Automation Development
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, and UI tests) using Selenium with Java.
- Extend and optimize in-house test automation tools and frameworks to support evolving business needs.
- Able to create automation framework from scratch.
Collaboration Agile Delivery
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters within feature teams to build and maintain high-quality features.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and advocate for best testing practices.
Coaching Continuous Improvement
- Mentor junior QA specialists and requirements engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the evolution of testing strategies within the squad.

Your skills and experience

Core Expertise
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of test case definition, documentation, and usage of test management tools like HP ALM.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in web application testing using Selenium with Java.
- Expertise in API testing with automation tools (e. g. , Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Core Competencies
- Advanced analytical and communication skills with strong independence and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery teams.
- Passion for continuous learning in a dynamic web environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
