Job Description

Achieve Customer Supplier 100% QCDS

Prepare Sales plan with Dispatch plan as per customer requirement date.
Prepare Material Requirement plan twice a month ( 25th & 1st of every month)
Prepare Production plan and Raw Material Purchase and 2 Bin stock plan for FG and RM.
Material procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
Prepare monthly 4 M plan
Cost control / reduction Analyze material, manpower, inventory holding, transport costs and initiate measures for better cost management.
Collaborate and support Production/NPD/ Quality and other stakeholders to achieve the targeted Production, Sales, OEE, wastages & Cost objectives of the company by reviewing continuously (4M & daily meetings etc.)
Production Planning MIS
Inventory Management – Maintenance of Stores & maintain minimum stock quantity of RM and FG
Drive 5 S, Safety, SKS, Continuous Improvement and other Process Improvement activities. .
