Job Description – Engineer (Production: Bridge Structure)

Position Title: Engineer – Production (Bridge Structure)
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Reporting To: Production Manager / Project Head
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years in structural fabrication / bridge construction (mid or small construction company preferred)
CTC Range: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Role Objective:

To support production and fabrication activities related to Bridge Structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in fabrication, assembly, and erection of bridge structural components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs for bridge works.
• Monitor production schedules and support timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality checks and safety protocols.
• Maintain production logs and assist in daily/weekly reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ hands-on experience in Bridge Structure fabrication/erection.
• Prior work experience in a mid or small construction/fabrication company is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes, welding methods, and site safety.
• Willingness to work at project sites/fabrication yards in Gandhidham.
